1. How long will the customer service give response to my questions?
A: We will offer response to you within 24 hours, it is in normal situation. However, if there are weekends or holidays, we would delay for a short time. In fact, we would reply to you in at once or in a few hours excepet special situations. -
2. How can I get my interested software with the free trial version?
A: The question is very simple, for you just need to download the software from our website and install it in your PCs. In the process of performing the conversion, there would be a registration request come out. You should ignore it and click Later button, you will get the trial version in this way conveniently. -
3. What are the steps to purchase a product? And how long will I receive the license code after purchasing?
Note: While you are filling the order form, please offer the valid Email address. Once you register on the website, you should remember the registration information you received for further use.
A: While purchasing on our website, at first you should find the product you demand. Then, you could click the button of Buy Now, and finish the order by clear instructions. As soon as you finish the purchasing successfully, you will receive the license code by Email. Of course, this is related to normal conditions, but there are some factors which would cause failure in receiving the license code. (The factors are stated below, please be careful of it.)

4. After purchasing, I did not receive the license code in several hours, why?
A: There are some reasons may cause the problem:
1. The setting of your Email might be that the letter with license code have been put to Trash directly. You should look for the letter in Trash.
2. Maybe your Email service provider refuses to accept Emails from unknown senders, so the license code cannot be sent to you.
3. You might provided invalid Email address while ordering the software. Please check it.

5. Is there need to wait for the CD if I would start to use the software?
A: Certainly, the answer is no. You can use the software as soon as you download it from our website. When you register the full version of the software, remember to use the registration information from the confirmation letter. -
6. What are the steps to register my software?
A: First of all, you would receive the registration information via Email within one business day after purchasing the software successfully. Secondly, you should download the software you bought from our site and run it. Thirdly, you can click "Enter License Code..." in Help menu or the menu named by our software name. Finally, you would finish registing by inputing your name and license code in the corresponding box.
Note: Please COPY and PASTE the code because of the license code is letter-sensitive. Never add any blank before or after it, or the registing would be failed. -
7. Why the software showed "Registration info is invalid" when I input the license code you sent to me?
A: There are some possible reasons for the failed registration.
1. There is mistake in entering. Do not add any blank before or after the license code, but just copy and paste it. Therefore, the typo will not happen.
2. While registing upgrade version, you should not use the license code only for the old version.
3. The product you have ordered or downloaded was wrong, such as mix up DVD Ripper Standard and DVD Ripper Platinum. Please be careful of the name of the products.
4. There are products in two lines of Windows and Mac, so you probably have mixed them up. The two things are totally different, so they require different license codes. -
8. Can you send the license code for me if I lost it?
A: Of course, we could offer it for you. If you met the situation, please write to us at contact@dvdtopsp.net, and enclose your order related information (such as Order ID, E-mail address, name you used when you purchased, etc.). Therefore, we could find your information in our database in time. -
9. After purchasing your product, should I pay for upgrading in the future? And how to apply upgrade?
A: Totally free, you could own normal update version of the software. Perfectly, some of our products could check for the updates automatically. Just click the button of "Check for updates" in Help menu, you could feel the function. For other products which do not own the function, you can get the update version from our website. However, for the update version, your original license code is valid. As a previous user, you can get a preferential price to upgrade the software by contacting us to get upgrade link.
Note: Remember that the license code you purchased for the old version is invalid for the upgrade version. -
10.How can I move the software to my newly purchased computer recently?
A: Firstly, you should uninstall the software from your old computer. In your new computer, you can download the software you purchased and install it. Then, you can register the full version with the registration information you got before. You have to corresponding version if you switch from PC to Mac, or from Mac to PC. What's the reason? That's because Mac Version and Windows version are completely different products. -
11. Is there need to re-register it after re-installing the software?
A: The answer is yes. You need to register the software again. -
12. I am a person who like to protect my private information, so I think purchaing on website is not safe. Do you offer other ways to purchase the products?
